Guardianship Certification

Guardianship Registrations should not be submitted under the profile of a certified guardian employed by the Program. Please ensure all guardianships are registered under the Program’s profile.

If you have guardianships registered under your certification, you must follow the instructions in the section below.

Moving Guardianship Registrations from Certified Guardians to Guardianship Programs

1. Send a list of the registrations under your certification to the court appointed guardianship program you work for, or previously worked for, so they may be re-registered under their program’s name in our online system.
2. Send a list to the Guardianship Registration (GR) department at jbccguardianregistration@txcourts.gov, so they can make the necessary updates to the list of wards on your certified guardian profile in our online system.
