The report makes recommendations regarding best practices in the field. The webinar addressed community questions and concerns and was joined by panelists Lynn Garcia (TFSC General Counsel), Dr. Patrick Buzzini (TFSC Commissioner), Sandy Parent (DPS), and Dr. Glenn Langenburg (Subject Matter Expert).
