Celestina Rossi is a seasoned forensic investigator with over 30 years of law enforcement experience, including 23 years in the crime laboratory division of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. She is licensed by the Texas Forensic Science Commission in Crime Scene Reconstruction, specializing in Bloodstain Pattern Analysis and Shooting Incident Reconstruction.

Rossi holds certification in Bloodstain Pattern Analysis from the International Association for Identification and is a Distinguished Member of the International Association of Bloodstain Pattern Analysts (IABPA). She has served as President of IABPA, the Association for Crime Scene Reconstruction (ACSR), and the Texas Division of the International Association for Identification (TDIAI).

Her contributions to the advancement of forensic science include participation in national standards development as a member of the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC) subcommittees for Bloodstain Pattern Analysis and Crime Scene Investigation/Reconstruction. Rossi has been qualified and testified as an expert in bloodstain pattern analysis, crime scene reconstruction, and shooting incident reconstruction in district courts across Texas.
