Lindsay v. State, No. 02-25-00176-CR (Aug. 27, 2026) (Wallach, J., joined by Kerr and Bassel, JJ.).

Held: Sufficient evidence established that Appellant knowingly delivered fentanyl to a person and that the person died as a result of ingesting it, even though the person had also ingested other substances. Further, the trial court was not required to include the Texas Penal Code’s result-of-conduct definition of “knowingly” in the jury charge.
