In re J.D., No. 02-25-00168-CV (Nov. 13, 2025) (Wallach, J., joined by Sudderth, C.J., and Walker, J.).
Held: Section 574.106 of the Texas Health and Safety Code is generally applicable to criminal-commitment patients, and an order for inpatient mental health services under Article 46B.073 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure may satisfy the threshhold requirements in Subsection (a)(1) of Section 574.106.
