Dominguez v. State, No. 02-21-00164-CR (Sept. 15, 2022) (Wallach, J., joined by Sudderth, C.J., and Kerr, J.).
Held: The jury heard sufficient evidence from which it could find beyond a reasonable doubt that Appellant used or exhibited a deadly weapon in assaulting a police officer. Further, Appellant did not show harm from the trial court’s refusal to permit a witness to testify by Zoom because Appellant did not put on the record the substance of the witness’s testimony.
