Vaccaro v. Raymond James & Associates, Inc., No. 02-22-00023-CV (Oct. 13, 2022) (Wallach, J., joined by Womack and Walker, JJ.).
Held: Appellee failed to produce competent evidence—either with its turnover order application or at the hearing on the application—that Appellant owns nonexempt property, and therefore Appellee did not establish its entitlement to turnover relief.
