City of Fort Worth v. Posey, No. 02-19-00351-CV (Jan. 16, 2020) (Birdwell, J., joined by Bassel and Womack, JJ.).

Held: The trial court properly denied the City’s plea to the jurisdiction because fact issues exist concerning whether Appellee paid for use of the premises where she was injured and whether the City had constructive knowledge of the alleged premises defect.
