Peterson, Goldman & Villani, Inc. v. Ancor Holdings, LP, No. 02-18-00102-CV (July 18, 2019) (Birdwell, J., joined by Sudderth, C.J., and Kerr, J.).

Held:  Appellant, a judgment creditor, could enforce the judgment against Ancor Holdings LP, the judgment debtor’s successor entity, without offending res judicata.  Because Appellant conclusively established the successor entity’s liability, Appellant was entitled to summary judgment.
