State v. Opare, No. 02-18-00247-CR (Dec. 27, 2018) (Sudderth, C.J., joined by Meier and Kerr, JJ.) (op. on reh’g).

Held:  No evidence was admitted to support that the arresting officer had reasonable suspicion based on specific articulable facts to conduct a lawful temporary detention of Appellee, and neither the parties nor the trial court treated the dashcam video as admitted into evidence.  Accordingly, because there was no evidence to support a finding of reasonable suspicion, the trial court did not err by granting Appellee’s motion to suppress.
