Nnamani v. State, No. 02-15-00429-CR (Nov. 17, 2016) (Sudderth, J., joined by Gardner, J.; Dauphinot, J., dissents with opinion).

 Dissent:  Reasonable suspicion did not support the stop.  The officer’s testimony that Appellant might have been speeding or might have been violating the traffic law requiring him to maintain a single lane to the extent possible and to not drive outside his lane unsafely was not enough to support Appellant’s detention.
