Help Using PDFs 

On our website, PDFs and PDF forms are common. Additional software is needed to view the files and complete the forms. Many web browsers can natively view PDFs. If you want a standalone PDF viewer, we recommend Adobe Acrobat reader.

To complete a PDF form:

  1. Download and install Adobe Acrobat, Cute PDF, or PDF Writer (Mac).
  2. Download the form to your local machine (right-click on the link and select "Save As") and open it with the PDF software.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. Print the form using the PDF printer (Adobe PDF, CutePDF, or PDFWriter). You will be prompted to save the new PDF file with your completed form entries.
