Data Quality & Assistance Program served by Regional Data Coordinators

The newly created Data Quality and Assistance Program with the Office of Court Administration provides a Regional Data Coordinator for each Administrative Judicial Region, who will serve as a point of contact and field representative for all matters related to OCA reporting, data validation, and accuracy of court activity information.

Our team of 11 Regional Data Coordinators will provide personalized assistance to courts and clerks by promoting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in OCA reporting, including:

• Data Quality Reviews: Collaborative assessments of court data to identify inconsistencies, improve data entry practices, and support transitions to case-level reporting.
• Technical Assistance & Training: Guidance for clerks and staff on best practices in data entry, reporting, and system improvements.
• Implementing New Reporting Requirements: Assist with solutions to capture and report newly created reporting requirements.
