Judicial Council Passes Resolutions and Recommendations for the 85th Legislature
The Texas Judicial Council passes 14 legislative resolutions and recommendations to be presented to the 85th Legislature. The resolutions contain recommendations including guardianship, criminal justice, court security and mental health reforms.
